These terms apply to princejerianguide.com (New Game Guides). By using the site you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by one independent publisher; see the about page.
What the site is for
New Game Guides publishes free guides that summarize what game developers and publishers have announced, plus data from Valve's public Steam Web API. The guides are for general information. We have not played every game we cover, and we say so; see our editorial policy for how pages are made.
Accuracy
We check every page against the official sources it lists and show the date we last checked them, but games change quickly. Codes expire, events end, patches change numbers and servers move. The official announcement always wins over our summary. If you find something out of date, please tell us.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game developer or publisher, by Valve, Apple, Google, Roblox or any other platform. Game names, company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used here only to identify the games we write about.
Who owns what
- The text, tables and site design are ours. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page.
- Don't republish whole pages or large parts of them, and don't present our pages as your own.
- Official announcements we link to remain the property of their publishers. We don't use game art or official assets on our pages.
Using the site
Please follow our acceptable use policy, which covers automated access, the contact form and attempts to interfere with the site.
Links to other sites
We link to official announcements, store pages and other sites so you can check our sources. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Messages you send us
When you use the contact form, you let us use your message to answer you or improve the page it is about. We handle it as described in the privacy policy.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the site, including missed events, expired codes, in-game purchases or account actions taken by a game's publisher.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
